Front Man Bowe

Former Ulster, Ireland and Lions star Tommy Bowe, who retired from professional rugby at the end of last season, will front eir Sport’s coverage of the 2018-2019 GUINNESS PRO14.

eir Sport will be the home of the GUINNESS PRO14 in Ireland for the next three years with all 152 games live across the channels, including every Munster and Leinster match.

Legendary lock Reilly, who won a Grand Slam in 2013 and made her final appearance for Ireland at last year’s Women’s Rugby World Cup, will act as pitchside reporter, while Kinsella will present eir’s weekly PRO14 highlights magazine show along with commentator Connor Morris every Wednesday.

Viewers can look forward to enjoying the unique presenting style of Bowe when the 2018/19 PRO14 season kicks off on Friday, August 31 when defending champions Leinster take on Cardiff Blues at Cardiff Arms Park.

Susan Brady, Managing Director of Consumer and Small Business at eir Ireland, commented: “We are delighted to have a team of this calibre and experience on the eir Sport GUINNESS PRO14 panel and excited to watch how the 2018/19 PRO14 unfolds this season. This panel has great experience from playing a huge part in big provincial battles to World Cups and we’re looking forward to them bringing their on-field experience into studio.”
