Biography

Danny Care carries the pride of the nation on his shoulders when representing his country inspiring the next generation of rugby stars. As a young father and Captain of his beloved Harlequins he understands the value in leadership, the importance of being a role model and the integrity and humility that requires.

Care’s pace and invention have made him one of the most dangerous operators in world rugby and he has been a regular on the international stage since making his breakthrough in 2008 and now boasts 56 caps for England. He is he highest scoring scrum half in Premiership history, one of the most loyal players around he’s now in his tenth season at Harlequins and this year was appointed Captain.

DC, as he is nicknamed, is easily one of the most likeable and popular players in the game, adored by his Quins fans he has been voted supporters player of the season for the last four consecutive years. He’s confident and a leader who is highly suited to the team atmosphere and camaraderie that a professional rugby career entails.

Danny is arguably one of the most recognisable players on the field, not just for his dynamic style of play but he’s become fames for his standout high and tight hairstyle which has been aptly coined the ‘Danny Care-Cut’.

Since the arrival of his son Blake, or the Care Bear as he is often referred to, Danny has come into his own embracing fatherhood and the greater responsibilities that lie ahead.

He’s stylish, well groomed and very much of the modern generation of rugby players.
